My best days start with a walk by the ocean—it grounds me, reminds me to stay curious, steady, and open to change.
Growing up around people with developmental challenges gave me early clarity on what really matters—and the responsibility to speak up for those who can’t.
That perspective was shaped by three extraordinary women: my mother, a selfless social worker; my grandmother, a quiet powerhouse who led with grace; and my wife, my anchor and compass.
Today, as VP, Head of Sales for Novartis Oncology Advanced Platforms, I lead change by helping teams reimagine how we engage with systems—not just people—to unlock better options for patients.
In the end, it’s not about the waves I make—it’s about helping others make theirs.

Chris is a seasoned professional with extensive commercial expertise in Oncology and complex therapeutics. With a proven track record in driving growth and innovation, Chris has successfully led numerous initiatives that have significantly advanced Oncology brands such as Keytruda, Emend, Lifelucel, Pluvicto and Lutathera. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies that enhance patient access to cutting-edge treatments.

Chris's deep understanding of our customer’s landscape, combined with his ability to navigate the complexities of therapeutics, has positioned him as a perfect fit to Evolve the Customer Engagement model for RLT at Novartis.

Chris lives with his wife Amy in Naples, FL. When not working Chris enjoys home improvement projects, restoring cars, enjoying the outdoors on a bicycle and reading.
