Roundtables: Interactive small group discussions - 2 rotations (40 minutes each) 
We will have five different topics that attendees can select between and have an open discussion with a group leader to help facilitate the conversation. Then after 40 minutes, we will rotate, and attendees can select another topic and small group and have an open discussion and network with peers. 

As omnichannel strategies become more integrated across Medical Affairs and Marketing, the need for clear, actionable measurement is more critical than ever. This interactive roundtable will bring together Medical Affairs professionals and pharma marketers to unpack what effective omnichannel truly looks like—and how to measure its real impact.  

  • Define the evolving role of omnichannel in Medical Affairs and how it overlaps with commercial strategy
  • Explore metrics that matter—from engagement to education to behavior change—and how to tie them to outcome
  • Share common challenges and lessons learned around implementation, alignment, and platform integration
