Alicia OConnor is a dynamic leader specializing in field medical strategy, research, and product launches. She is currently the Head of Field Medical at Adaptimmune Therapeutics, but has spent her career in both larger pharma and smaller companies and biotech.  Alicia has built and led high-performing teams, optimized field resources, and driven impactful medical affairs initiatives. With her most recent expertise in oncology, diagnostics, and cell therapy, Alicia is dedicated to delivering patient-centered solutions and driving healthcare innovation.
