Bio:
Grace Rodriguez is the Head of DTC Portfolio Marketing, Immunology at UCB and is responsible for the Direct-to-Consumer/Patient marketing strategy and execution across the Immunology portfolio. Grace has nearly 20 years’ experience in both B2B and B2C marketing and was a 2023 recipient of DTC National’s Top DTC Marketer of the Year. Prior to joining UCB, she spent three years at GlaxoSmithKline where she led the Direct-to-Consumer efforts for NUCALA, a biologic for severe eosinophilic asthma. She led creative development, content strategy, media strategy and optimizations and marketing automation efforts. Prior to her work on NUCALA, Grace was a consumer marketer on ANORO, an inhaled medicine for COPD, where she led the redesign of the consumer website, creative of patient testimonials, social and digital strategy and was a core member of the company’s first digital marketing automation program.
Prior to GSK, Grace held progressive account management roles at advertising agencies working with well-known consumer brands. At the agency Baldwin&, Grace led all strategic and creative efforts for Krispy Kreme. She also worked at McKinney where she led brand and campaign development for Sherwin-Williams, Mizuno and the launch of ESPN’s SEC Network. Her work helped win multiple Effie nominations for client’s brands.
On a personal front, Grace resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and four children aged 16-5. When she’s not shuffling kids to various activities, she’s enjoys running, reading, Zumba and being with friends.
