Room 125

Session details:

In an increasingly complex healthcare information landscape, engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) with credible, relevant, and accessible content remains critical. This presentation explores the strategic value of partnering with publishers to enhance HCP engagement through data-driven content delivery, curated learning experiences, and expanded access to peer-reviewed resources. Drawing on insights from the Wolters Kluwer HCP Content Consumption Survey, we examine how HCPs interact with content, their preferences for format and curation, and the growing role of AI and gamification in identifying knowledge gaps and supporting clinical decision-making. Publishers bring unique capabilities to the table, including real-time content interaction analytics, digital content integration, and the ability to extend access across specialties. By leveraging these strengths, publishers serve as strategic partners in driving behavior change and improving patient care. This collaborative approach offers a powerful pathway to align professional education initiatives with commercial strategies.
