Aaron is a purpose-driven leader who believes a modern corporate affairs discipline is foundational for people-centric, reputation-based competitive advantages. With over a dozen years in strategic roles, He has helped companies advance human health by building new functions with advocacy, communications, government affairs, policy, and public affairs expertise. 

Spanning across biopharma at Celgene Corporation, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Eli Lilly and Company, Aaron led teams of professionals and projects that have covered a variety of therapeutic areas in rare diseases with emphasis in specialty, personalized, and next generation medicines. His practice has encompassed corporate affairs initiatives across the asset and corporate lifecycle, including medicine discovery, development, and delivery; acquisitions, partnerships, and integrations; and pipeline and portfolio evolution. Earlier in his career, he served as spokesperson and press secretary for the US Senate Finance Committee.
