Bio:
Alyssa Vaysman is an Associate Director, Field Medical Excellence & Training at LEO Pharma. She leads initiatives, training programs, and resources designed to strengthen US Field Medical competencies and execution, collaborating with global and US Medical, Clinical Operations, Commercial, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Alyssa brings more than 10 years of clinical ambulatory pharmacy experience across dermatology and gastroenterology, and 5 years of medical affairs experience in dermatology and allergy. She has expertise in scientific communications, product launches, medical education, MSL and MOL onboarding, KOL engagement, and field medical operations. A dermatology subject matter expert, she is passionate about translating science into strategic and effective field engagement, advancing best practices, and ultimately improving patient care.
