Bio:

Andrew Soucy is the Head of Global Digital Content and Corporate Brand at Viatris, a global healthcare company launched in 2020. With nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of digital innovation, brand strategy, and integrated communications, Andrew has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands—including ABC, AstraZeneca, AT&T, Bank of America, BMW, Chevrolet, Citibank, Fidelity Investments, Gatorade, HBO, iRobot, Mastercard, Microsoft, MTV, Nestlé, Staples, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Warner Brothers—to push the boundaries of their digital storytelling efforts. 


At Viatris, Andrew sets the global storytelling strategy and digital engagement approach for the organization—shaping how the company shows up across internal and external platforms. He leads a global team that drives content and creative direction across social media, the corporate website, career platforms, and the employee intranet. Under his leadership, the team uses data-informed insights to guide strategy and leverages AI to enhance everything from content development to campaign execution with greater speed, precision, and adaptability. In addition to overseeing brand governance and digital infrastructure, Andrew ensures the systems and standards are in place to deliver consistent, high-impact communications across channels. 
Prior to Viatris, Andrew served as Head of Brand, Digital & Social Media at Agenus, where he led a comprehensive reinvigoration of the company’s corporate brand and digital storytelling strategy. He was also previously SVP of Digital Innovation at WE Communications, where he led transformation efforts for the agency and for Microsoft—particularly in AI-driven content, branded storytelling, executive communications, and analytics. 


Andrew also spent over five years at Weber Shandwick, where he held senior leadership roles driving integrated digital strategy, paid media, and immersive content for clients such as Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Nestlé, and Ocean Spray. Earlier in his career, he helped expand Real Chemistry’s Boston office, launched new verticals in financial services and entertainment, and held leadership roles at The OnUp Group and FleishmanHillard, where he pioneered digital and social programs for brands like BMW, Chevrolet, iRobot, and Gatorade. 
He began his career at Racepoint Global and BluePoint Venture Marketing, where he helped shape early social media strategies for clients like Fidelity Ventures, IBM, and HBO Sports—laying the foundation for a career rooted in innovation, analytics, and audience engagement. 

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Bryant University.  
 
He lives just outside of Boston with his wife, three children, and their rescue pup, Braxton. When not traveling or trying a new food spot, he’s a passionate fan of live music, a regular at the beach, and a work-in-progress on the golf course.
