Anna and Jordan Rathkopf are the founders of RATHKOPF, a patient- and caregiver-led insight and documentary storytelling studio that helps biopharma and healthcare organizations close the Lived Experience Gap—bringing the realities of patients' and caregivers' lives into decisions before products, programs, and communications reach the public.
Their work sits at the intersection of lived experience, documentary practice, and healthcare strategy, helping Medical Affairs, patient engagement, and healthcare communications teams understand not only what patients do, but why they do it.
The studio grew from Anna's experience with breast cancer and Jordan's role as her care partner. Today, that perspective informs collaborations with leading life sciences companies, healthcare organizations, advocacy groups, and academic institutions seeking to build more credible, human-centered strategies and communications.
