Archana Sangha DHSc, PA-C is a nationally recognized healthcare leader, implementation science researcher, and Medical Affairs strategist with more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry. As a Physician Associate and Senior Medical Science Liaison, she brings a unique perspective at the intersection of patient care, scientific strategy, and evidence-based practice.

She earned her Doctor of Health Sciences degree from The George Washington University, where her doctoral research was among the first to examine the behavioral and organizational factors influencing physician associate prescribing decisions. Her research offers new insights into how implementation science can advance evidence-based practice and inform more effective Medical Affairs strategy.

A respected national leader, she is a past President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. She has led numerous national strategic initiatives that have advanced the role of advanced practice providers (APPs) in clinical practice, education, research, and scientific exchange.
