Bio:

Betsy is a senior director of business development for Market Access and Patient Support Services at Syneos Health, where she leads the development of reimbursement and patient access solutions. She brings more than six years of experience within Syneos Health, guiding customers through the complexities of access and delivering strategies that strengthen program performance and patient impact.

In her previous role, Betsy oversaw program leadership for multiple customers, launching and managing more than 10 programs—including four CRM implementations—and leading business requirements for customer‑owned CRM platforms. As a strategic operations leader, she directed a team of analysts and provided recommendations on program design, ways of working, and performance evaluation to support brand and team evolution.

Prior to joining Syneos Health, Betsy worked in outsourced patient education and nursing services, gaining hands‑on expertise in hub partnership, program deployment, and data‑driven decision‑making. She holds a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is recognized for transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that advance brand goals and improve patient access.
