Bob Sexton

Bio:
Bob is a senior biopharmaceutical executive with deep expertise in patient services, strategic program execution, and commercialization of advanced therapies, including cell and gene therapies. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Patient Services at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, where he leads initiatives focused on optimizing patient access, operational excellence, and cross‑functional execution in support of complex therapeutic launches.
Prior to joining Syneos Health, Bob held progressively senior leadership roles across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. His experience includes executive positions at Orca Biosystems, NeuroGT, Inc., and Mustang Bio, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Program Execution. Across these roles, he was responsible for enterprise‑level program strategy, alliance leadership, and lifecycle management supporting clinical and commercial development.
Earlier in his career, Bob spent several years at Legend Biotech and Novartis, where he focused on U.S. strategic planning, CAR‑T commercial operations, and patient and specialty services within oncology. His work contributed to the launch readiness and commercialization strategy for innovative therapies in highly regulated and rapidly evolving markets.
Bob holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Strategic Management from Monmouth University, and completed the Global CxO Executive Program at The Wharton School.
