Bio:
Chase Feiger, MD is the founder and CEO of Ostro, a company powering AI-driven commercial engagement for over 50% of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies—as well as dozens of mid-size and emerging biotechs.
Prior to Ostro, he co-founded Parsable, the company that pioneered the Connected Worker category by digitizing frontline operations for the world’s largest industrial firms. Parsable’s platform supported over $1.6 trillion in annual production revenue across the Global Fortune 500, giving companies unprecedented visibility into human work. Through Parsable, Dr. Feiger helped introduce consumerized software experiences to deskless workers around the globe.
While in medical school, Dr. Feiger worked at First Round Capital, the first institutional investor in Uber, Square, Roblox, and Warby Parker—fueling his belief in the power of consumerization to transform entire industries.
He was recently honored with the MM+M 40 Under 40 award (2024) and the PM360 Elite 100 (2025). Dr. Feiger is also a contributing writer at Forbes, where he covers the future of life science commercialization.
His work has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Axios, TechCrunch, MM+M, Fierce Pharma, Politico, and the World Economic Forum.
Dr. Feiger has also worked in venture capital, where he has been an early backer of several billion-dollar-plus AI, robotics, enterprise software, and consumer technology companies, including OpenAI, Apptronik, Masterclass, OneBrief, and numerous others.
Dr. Feiger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s from the University of Cambridge, and an M.D. from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
