Bio:

David is a healthcare marketing leader with over 20 years of success driving profitable revenue growth for healthcare brands in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, especially those in high-science therapeutic areas. Throughout his career, he’s been an enthusiastic champion and early adopter of new and emerging digital marketing, analytics and content creation approaches to optimize patient outcomes, improve customer experiences, and achieve key business goals.

David joined Bayer in 2019, leading the transformation of the highly tenured and traditional hematology marketing and sales teams into “digital first” teams while driving class-leading growth for Bayer’s most recent hemophilia therapy. Over this time, he has also closely collaborated with his Digital Strategy & Operations colleagues to launch and/or implement numerous new and innovative digital and media approaches for both the hematology team as well as the larger Bayer US Pharmaceuticals organization.

Prior to joining Bayer, David held marketing and product management positions of increasing responsibility at both Quest Diagnostics, where he had full P&L, LCM and marketing responsibilities for their viral hepatitis and transplant infectious disease portfolios, and Ogilvy CommonHealth, where he led Account Services Teams in the high-science division, developing impactful marketing strategies for prominent pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare technology clients.
