Bio:

Dayna Sracic is Executive Director, Consumer Marketing at Keenova, where she leads consumer brand strategy and execution across earned, owned, and paid media for the Specialty Biologics portfolio. Since joining Keenova, Dayna has helped shape and scale the company’s direct-to-consumer marketing efforts through insight-driven campaigns designed to raise awareness, educate patients, address misinformation, and encourage more informed conversations with healthcare providers.

Known for bringing both strategic rigor and human-centered storytelling to complex healthcare topics, Dayna oversees a large annual paid media ecosystem and has played a key role in expanding Keenova’s consumer marketing capabilities and team. Her work spans several notable initiatives, including Facts on Hand, the John Elway unbranded campaign; Bent Carrot, Keenova’s first branded campaign; Watching Education Unfold; Coffee and Cords; and Man with a Plan.

Before joining Keenova, Dayna built more than 15 years of experience across management consulting, sales, and advertising agency leadership. She most recently served as SVP, Management Director at Tierney, a Philadelphia-based advertising agency, where she was a member of the senior leadership team and partnered with clients across industries including pharmaceuticals, retail, luxury goods, and higher education to drive brand growth and business results.

Dayna earned her bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University, with a Certificate in Women and Gender Studies. She was captain of Princeton’s Division I Women’s Lacrosse team, which won the Ivy League Championship and competed in the NCAA finals during her junior and senior years, and she was the first female president of the Cap & Gown Club.
