Eli leads the strategic planning, operational management, and execution of IQVIA’s Field Medical Affairs organization, providing vision, direction, and oversight for client field medical teams. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and led multiple national Medical Science Liaison (MSL) organizations across the lifecycle, developing scalable operating models that enhance scientific engagement, field excellence, and launch readiness. With more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry, Eli brings deep expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and all stages of the product lifecycle.
