Ericka Higgins-Tothe brings 20+ years of experience within the healthcare marketing industry, specializing in digital and channel marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, and enterprise operations. As the Vice President, Omnichannel Marketing & Commercial Operations at Novo Nordisk, she leads an organization focused on spearheading customer-centric commercial capabilities, modernizing customer engagement and driving efficient operations at scale.
During her tenure at Novo Nordisk, Ericka has advanced digital and commercial capabilities, making the company a leader in virtual interactions and peer-to-peer engagement post-COVID. She also led AI-driven orchestration capabilities at scale, resulting in significant ROI and industry leading adoption. Ericka established the Novo Nordisk US Omnichannel Center of Excellence, implementing best-in-class marketing technology for campaign automation and personalization, centralizing media buying, and creating an efficient, scalable operating model for the US.
Prior to Novo Nordisk, Ericka was a brand marketing and advertising leader across categories including women's health, Oncology, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Rare Disease. Ericka is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity. Her achievements include recognition as a 2018 Woman to Watch by Medical, Marketing & Media (MM&M), and 'Best of Benchmark' by Trinity Life Sciences in 2022 and 2023.
