Bio:

Erin received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. After practicing as a retail & hospital pharmacist, she joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in 2006. Throughout her tenure at the company, she has held several roles in the organization including Commercial Sales Training, Medical Scientific Liaison, Field Medical Capabilities, and Medical Information. She has spent over 15 years in Regulatory Advertising and Promotion, taking on roles of increasing responsibility and working across various therapeutic areas. Currently, she is the Executive Director, Regulatory Advertising & Promotion at Bausch Health. She manages a team of regulatory professionals while working across brands to help find compliant and forward-thinking solutions for innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
