Bio:
Geoff Gordon is an award-winning sales and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. As Vice President, US Marketing, Hematology at Genmab, he leads the US Hematology Marketing team, including the EPKINLY® brand team, where he is at the forefront of crafting integrated customer engagement strategies across the product lifecycle.
At Genmab, Geoff has defined and executed an innovative, patient-first and customer-centric go-to-market strategy for EPKINLY. His leadership has fueled a cross-functional approach that has driven significant impact across the brand’s two launched indications, earning recognition as Best Launch Campaign at the 2024 Reuters Pharma Awards USA.
Prior to joining Genmab, Geoff served in a variety of strategic and operational leadership roles across medical devices, diagnostics, and multiple pharmaceutical therapeutic areas during his more than 18 years at Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, his leadership, professionalism, and achievement earned him several of the company’s top awards, including US Marketer of the Year; Global & North America James E. Burke Marketing Excellence Award; and five 1st US Sales Awards, bestowed on the company’s top salesperson.
A dynamic leader and catalyst for overall team excellence, Geoff is known for empowering teams through a strong team culture, delivering high business performance and people leadership results.
Geoff received his Master of Science from Mercy University and Bachelor of Arts from Plattsburgh State University of New York. Outside of work, he is a proud father, husband, and fierce competitor as an Ultra-Marathoner, Triathlon Ironman Finisher and accomplished rugby player.
