Bio:
Greg is the Founder and Managing Director of Asymmetry Group, a life sciences consulting firm enabling breakthrough impact in healthcare through partnership with extraordinary organizations at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Asymmetry provides comprehensive support to commercialize innovation from early commercial strategy through execution of new product launches and management of large-scale, complex organizational transformations.
Prior to founding Asymmetry Group, Greg led Global Commercial Operations and Excellence at Biogen where he also oversaw the company's commercial strategy & execution planning and implemented a global launch excellence capability that supported the launch of 5 novel therapeutics during his tenure. Greg previously held leadership roles in corporate strategy at Life Technologies and in strategy consulting at Monitor Group.
Greg received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.
