Dr. Guruprasaadh (Guru) Muralimohan, Ph.D., M.B.A., is Product Team Leader at Bayer, where he guides the strategy and advancement of innovative therapies for patients with cancer. With more than 20 years of experience across biomedical research, drug development, commercialization, market access, and business development, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to shaping the future of healthcare innovation. Throughout his career, Dr. Muralimohan has played key roles in portfolio strategy, early asset planning, and translating scientific breakthroughs into meaningful patient impact. Prior to Bayer, he held leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim spanning Oncology, Immunology, and Cardiometabolic Disease. Combining scientific rigor with strategic business insight, he is passionate about accelerating innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and helping bring transformative medicines to patients worldwide. He holds a Ph.D. in Immunology and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
