Bio:

With over a decade of strategic consulting and pharmaceutical commercialization experience, Hruta Shah specializes in launch strategy, planning, and excellence. As a Senior Manager within Commercial Advisory at Syneos Health, she has supported over a dozen launches across therapeutic areas, including women’s health, oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases. Hruta partners closely with early pipeline and launch teams, helping them navigate and prioritize pre-launch strategies, decisions, and investments.  

Hruta earned her MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing Research with honors from Rutgers Business School and holds a BS in Biotechnology.
