Isabelle Amick

Bio:

Isabelle Amick is the Senior Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics for Propensity4, an Inizio Engage company. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an M.S. in Information and Data Science, building her career at the intersection of science and technology. Prior to joining Inizio, Isabelle served as Principal Data Scientist and AI Engineer at ClosedLoop, where she led predictive analytics engagements for commercial teams and developed GenAI-enabled components for digital health applications.

At Inizio Engage, Isabelle leads a cross-functional data science and advanced analytics team supporting pharmaceutical commercialization strategy. Her work spans HCP targeting and prioritization, sales force sizing and territory design, CRM data mastering, and sales performance reporting. She is passionate about building new analytical products that translate complex data into actionable commercial intelligence, from rapid territory design tools and dynamic targeting algorithms to modernized, scalable analytics infrastructure on Databricks. Her goal is to continuously expand what decision support can do for commercial teams, ensuring that every engagement is powered by the most relevant, timely, and precise analytical thinking available.
