Jen Dial

Bio:

Jen Dial is Senior Manager, U.S. External Communications at Roche Diagnostics, where she leads external communications strategy and media relations for the company’s U.S. diagnostics business, with a focus on corporate reputation, executive positioning and stakeholder engagement. She serves as a company spokesperson and strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate complex issues, manage reputational risk and drive alignment across communications, government affairs and other key functions.

Jen brings nearly two decades of communications experience across the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and healthcare industries. Her experience spans corporate reputation, executive communications, issues and crisis management, regulatory milestones and product launches. Prior to joining Roche, Jen held communications roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Ascension St. Vincent and Indiana University Health, including leading global communications for four FDA approvals and other high-profile regulatory and scientific milestones.
