Bio:

Jessica Weinstein is a biotech communications leader with a passion for empowering and uniting scientists, patients, executives, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Jessica currently serves as Director of Communications at Cullinan Therapeutics, where she leads external visibility efforts, cultivates community partnerships, and drives engagement across diverse audiences – including employees, media, the scientific community, healthcare providers, local organizations, and patients.

Previously, Jessica held multiple leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), including serving as the communications lead for both the company’s New England and Seattle sites. She played a pivotal role in crisis communications during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed to strategic communications in global cell therapy and R&D.

Before joining BMS, Jessica led internal communications at Juno Therapeutics, where she supported employee engagement, change management, and cultural integration through two major acquisitions—first by Celgene Corporation, then by BMS.

Jessica began her career at MassBio, where she supported over 1,000 biopharma member companies and the MassBioEd Foundation, a nonprofit focused on expanding biotech education across Massachusetts.

Jessica holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Sector Management from Boston University and a BA in English from Wheaton College (MA).
