Bio:

Jon Florio is Head of US Brand and Reputation Communications at Sanofi. He believes brands earn trust through what they say, what they do, and how they do it. In his role, he leads US corporate brand and reputation strategy, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare communications, he has helped organizations navigate complex product, policy, and social impact challenges while strengthening trust with key stakeholders.

Prior to Sanofi, Jon held communications agency roles supporting organizations including WebMD, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, The BMJ, and other small biotech companies. He advised clients across corporate reputation, product, executive, and employee communications, partnering with senior leaders to navigate complex business challenges and deliver integrated communications strategies.

Jon holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business. He lives in northern New Jersey with his wife, two daughters, and two rescue dogs.
