Affectionately known in the industry as the "Fresh Princess of Media," Karima has shaped omnichannel strategies for more than 100 pharmaceutical and medical device brands, blending data, inclusivity, and innovation to drive real impact across therapeutic areas.
Before joining Doceree, Karima held senior leadership roles at renowned global agencies including CMI/WPP, Publicis, and IPG Media Brands. She successfully managed multi-million-dollar media investments, advanced inclusive marketing practices, and pioneered cutting-edge campaigns across both HCP and DTC segments. Her work has redefined customer segmentation, multicultural engagement, and full-funnel media strategy.
At Doceree, Karima leads global strategic partnerships, helping pharmaceutical brands unlock greater value through platform-driven, data-backed HCP engagement. Her leadership is integral to Doceree’s mission to transform point-of-care communications with precision and purpose.
