Kelley leads healthcare for Ruder Finn, a global practice that makes complex science storytelling simple and relevant for all stakeholders. With more than 20 years of experience, she develops integrated, data-driven communications programs that strengthen reputation, influence behavior, and deliver excellence in today’s rapidly evolving health ecosystem.

At Ruder Finn, Kelley leads an integrated team serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, health system, and association clients. She advises senior leaders on corporate reputation, product communications, scientific storytelling, and strategic business priorities. Her experience includes market conditioning, launch and PDUFA communications, second-to-market introductions, issues management and helping organizations anticipate and navigate risk.

Kelley's expertise spans diagnostics, eye care, allergy and immunology, neurology, oncology, and vaccines. Throughout her career, she has led North American and global communications programs for leading healthcare organizations. She has been named to the 2024 MM&M Women to Watch list and the 2025 PRWeek Health Influencer 30 list.
