Kelli Tea

Kelli is a highly accomplished and impactful Biotech Commercial Executive, MBA, and Board Member with a broad leadership background in marketing, sales, strategy, business development, market access, operations, and finance. She has a proven record of building high-performing teams, unearthing impactful insights, delivering passionate & poised communications, and forging strong partnerships at all levels. The foundational red thread woven throughout her career has been 1) purpose, 2) strategy, and 3) build.

With 20+ years in commercial leadership roles supported by early career in consulting & finance environments, she’s has led and grown brands at all lifecycles--from pre-launch to launch to maturing to LOE--at a mix of large pharma and startup biotechs. Kelli is currently in her 2nd Head of Commercial biotech role, presently preparing a Ph3 autologous mRNA CAR-T portfolio for launches in neurology & rheumatology. She has previously led multiple oncology and rare disease marketing franchises, with every brand achieving growth well-above targets.

Kelli serves as Chair of the American Cancer Society’s NYC Board of Directors, an Advisor to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Executive Leaders Affinity Group, and she launched a mentoring group for Women in Bio. She was recently recognized as a 2023 Top 50 Women Leaders in Pennsylvania by ‘Women We Admire’.
