Bio:

Kevin is an Executive Director of Integrated Experience Planning at Novartis, where he leads experience design and omnichannel marketing strategy for the company's expanding Rheumatology portfolio. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical industry, Kevin has built a career at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing. Kevin began his career with GlaxoSmithKline, holding progressively advancing roles across sales, commercial analytics, and field leadership. He later transitioned into brand marketing, leading initiatives across Urology and Oncology, where he helped shape brand strategy for therapies including Tykerb and Votrient and contributed to the development of digital marketing best practices within the Oncology organization. Following Novartis' acquisition of GSK Oncology, Kevin expanded his expertise through leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and IQVIA. At Bristol Myers Squibb, he led digital strategy and execution for the Orencia and Nulojix brands. During six years at IQVIA, Kevin served as a client-aligned Principal, partnering with pharmaceutical companies to develop and implement omnichannel engagement strategies, leveraging data, technology, and analytics to improve customer experience and commercial performance. In 2023, Kevin returned to Novartis to help lead Experience Design within the Immunology organization. Recently promoted to Executive Director, he now oversees customer experience planning and integrated marketing strategy across key Rheumatology brands, driving innovative approaches to engagement in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape. A recognized leader in omnichannel marketing and customer experience, Kevin is passionate about helping organizations connect strategy, data, technology, and behavioral insights to create meaningful experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.
