Bio:
Kim Fox is a senior healthcare communications leader with more than 30 years of experience shaping global and U.S. strategies across pharmaceutical, biotech, media, and public relations organizations. She most recently served as Vice President of Communications at Milestone Pharmaceuticals, where she led corporate, product, and investor communications to support the company’s growth and clinical milestones. Previously, at Bristol Myers Squibb, she advanced the company’s global people strategy as Executive Director of Corporate Culture & Enterprise Communications. Earlier, as a Communications Leader at Johnson & Johnson, she built employee engagement and strengthened public trust in the company’s scientific and bioethical leadership.
Kim’s career spans leadership roles at Everyday Health, Sanofi, Novartis, and top communications agencies, with expertise in cardiology, oncology, and gastrointestinal therapeutic areas, as well as corporate reputation, issues management, and digital engagement. Passionate about advancing women’s leadership and education, she has served on the boards of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Summit Educational Foundation. She holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester.
