Kishane Davis is a senior biopharmaceutical commercial leader with more than two decades of experience across healthcare and the life sciences. His diverse background spans sales, strategic account management, marketing, and reimbursement leadership, giving him a broad perspective on what it takes to successfully bring innovative therapies to patients.

Throughout his career, Kishane has built and led high-performing teams and supported multiple therapeutic launches across a range of disease areas, with his most recent experience focused on complex immunology, rare disease, and gene therapy. His work has centered on navigating complex healthcare environments, building strong customer partnerships, and translating commercial strategy into meaningful patient impact.

Kishane began his career as an occupational therapist, completing his training at Howard University before interning and ultimately practicing at Johns Hopkins Hospital. That clinical foundation continues to shape his patient-centered approach to commercial leadership.
