Kristen Griffiths is an award-winning communicator with a focus on developing multichannel campaigns to inspire both patients and internal stakeholders. With 19 years of experience in healthcare, she has excelled in roles advocating for patients, building brands, developing internal communications platforms and driving disease awareness.
Currently serving as Associate Director at Incyte, Kristen spearheads communication and patient advocacy efforts impacting and empowering people living with rare and chronic blood cancers. Furthermore, she plays a pivotal role in shaping internal communications across the U.S. business and recently led the launch of an internally focused podcast.
