Lance Piecoro

Bio:

Lance Piecoro is Senior Vice President of Market Access at Exelixis where he leads a team of professionals that develop solutions to ensure patients have access to company products while maintaining the integrity of the supply chain. In his 25+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry he has been involved in nearly every facet of drug pricing, access, reimbursement, and distribution for oral and injectable products in the US. He has built market access functions at two emerging commercial biotech companies and launched multiple blockbusters in oncology, immunology, and primary care. Prior to joining Exelixis, he had roles of increasing responsibility at Incyte and Amgen. Lance started his career at Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals as a medical science liaison before moving to commercial functions. A former National Pharmaceutical Council intern Lance earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, and Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Kentucky.
