Bio:

Leo Narcisse-Ogera, MD, PhD, is the SVP, Head of Medical and Scientific Strategy at eNOVA, a division of the IQVIA Health Communications Group (IHCG). She has 15 years of medical communications experience across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, neuropsychiatry, immunology, rare disease and women’s health. Leo’s clients range from large pharmaceutical organizations, emerging biotechnology companies and medical devices, including diagnostics.

Leo received her MD and PhD in neuropathology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a surgical residency and a fellowship in trauma and surgical critical care. She uses that strong combination of clinical and research expertise to translate basic science into a clinically relevant and strategically resonant story. Leo has applied this unique lens to a broad and extensive range of global and regional commercial and medical affairs projects.
