Lia Dangelico

Bio:

Lia is a seasoned corporate communications strategist, having spent more than 16 years leading teams and building effective communications programs and initiatives for various sectors, from healthcare and technology to perfumery and consumer products. Prior to joining Deerfield in 2021 as Vice President, she served as Director of Communications for the fragrance industry association. In this role, she directed comprehensive communications programs targeting legislators, media, and the public to help move the needle on policies that support responsible business growth, collaborating closely with senior leaders across various companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, The Estée Lauder Companies, and others. She is passionate about compelling storytelling, results-driven communications strategy, and emotionally intelligent leadership, all of which make her a valued asset to Deerfield.
