As Chief Commercial Officer at PatientPoint, Linda Ruschau leads the company’s 200+ client and healthcare provider sales and service teams, driving strategic growth and market expansion. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing—and having most recently served as PatientPoint’s Chief Client Officer before her promotion—Linda has a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through cross-functional leadership, strategic innovation and a deeply rooted customer-centric approach. She is passionate about partnering with clients and customers, fostering long-term relationships built on trust, collaboration and shared success.

A recognized leader in the industry, Linda serves as Board Co-Chair for the Point of Care Marketing Association and sits on the Advisory Board of the Digital Health Coalition. Her contributions to the industry have earned her several prestigious honors, including being named a 2022 MM+M Pinnacle Award honoree, a 2018 inductee into the MM+M Hall of Femme and a recipient of the 2017 PM360 ELITE Sales MVP award.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Before becoming one of PatientPoint’s first employees, Linda began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she participated in the company’s renowned sales leadership program.
