Bio:

Luisa is a seasoned Medical Affairs leader with more than a decade of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including the past seven years in oncology. She has played a key role in shaping U.S. and global medical strategies across immuno-oncology and antibody-drug conjugate portfolios, contributing to major milestones including the first approval of Datopotamab Deruxtecan in lung cancer and U.S. launch readiness for POSEIDON,
AEGEAN, and ADRIATIC.


Since joining AstraZeneca in 2021, Luisa has held senior oncology leadership roles, including leading U.S. Immuno-Oncology Lung Medical Affairs and serving as Global Medical Head for ADC Lung. In these roles, she has led global medical strategy for Datopotamab Deruxtecan and Trastuzumab Deruxtecan in lung cancer and driven crossfunctional collaboration across Medical, R&D, and Commercial to accelerate evidence generation and improve patient outcomes.

Luisa currently serves as U.S. GI Franchise Head within AstraZeneca’s Medical organization, where she brings deep expertise in launch excellence, evidence strategy, and team leadership to advance the company’s GI portfolio.
