Bio:
Mancia Ko has diverse experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Business Development. She is currently the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Collegium Pharmaceutical, where her strategic thinking and agility have been transformative in leading a sophisticated Medical Affairs organization.
Mancia leverages her transferable skills from various settings and cross-functional roles at BioDelivery Sciences, Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Baxter International, PPD, Micromedex, and Kaiser Permanente. She began her career as a clinician in internal medicine and ambulatory care.
Mancia was honored as a 2023 Rising Star Award Winner by Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and a Most Valuable Education Initiative Pharma Award Finalist by Reuters in 2020. She is a strong advocate for servant leadership and authenticity, and looks forward to sharing her experience in driving cross-functional success.
Mancia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Montana, and an MBA from Regis University.
