Bio:

Manu Singh is the Chief Data and Innovation Officer at National CineMedia (NCM), where she leads strategy at the intersection of data, media, and marketing technology. She launched NCMx, a platform that connects high-intent moviegoers with national and local campaigns using AI/ML, real-time signals, and closed-loop attribution — delivering measurable results across categories, including a 3x lift in pharma.

Previously, Manu held leadership roles at WebMD, Discovery Inc., and NBCUniversal, where she shaped data-driven marketing solutions across digital, linear, and streaming platforms. At WebMD, she developed targeted, HIPAA-compliant campaigns and helped launch one of the first programmatic health exchanges. At NBCUniversal, she led GE’s healthymagination initiative — a cross-platform consumer engagement effort that generated over $15M in incremental revenue.

She advises startups across healthcare, education, and networking, helping them scale through smart data strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution. Manu holds an MBA from NYU Stern and an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.
