Marc Valdiviezo is a pharmaceutical industry leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning field sales, brand marketing, product launches, and commercial operations. Over the course of a career that has included leadership roles at Bayer, Sanofi, Pfizer, and Indegene, Marc has helped drive commercial transformation through innovative operating models, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies. At Indegene, he partnered with many of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies and contributed to the company’s growth through its successful IPO in 2024.
In 2025, Marc returned to Bayer as the VP of U.S. Field Operations and Effectiveness, where Marc is leading a bold initiative that applies cutting edge AI capabilities and approaches to transform how field teams and field leadership plan, operate and execute to build a next-generation commercial organization.
