Marie-Ange Noué, PhD, CMPP, is a Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications executive and President of phactMI. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Head of North America Scientific Communications at EMD Serono, where she led Medical Information, Medical Communications and Publications, Medical Review/MLR, Medical Education, and Grants & Giving across the U.S. and Canada.
Her work focuses on transforming Medical Communications from a content-producing function into a strategic enterprise capability—leveraging trusted scientific knowledge, actionable insights, AI-enabled engagement, and omnichannel approaches to improve stakeholder decision-making and demonstrate meaningful impact.
