Mathew Ratnam is Senior Director at Bayer, where he leads the global rollout of agentic AI across brands, markets, and functions. He has architected Bayer’s enterprise AI Factory, combining composable LLM-powered agents, a centralized knowledge layer, shared guardrails, and governance integrated with the enterprise data stack to help move AI from experimentation into scalable, governed production.

With more than two decades of experience across Commercial, R&D, Market Access, and Technical Operations, Mathew brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation and regulated delivery.
