Bio:
Dr. Maya R. Said is the founder and CEO of Outcomes4Me, a health technology company that helps more than 300,000 patients with cancer take a proactive approach to their care and gain access to personalized, evidence-based treatment options, information, and navigation. Named a Fast Company World Changing Idea, Outcomes4Me has also recently been recognized on the 2025 Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, as a 2024 FierceHealthcare Innovation Award Finalist, and as the winner of the 2025 MedTech Breakthrough Award for “Best Patient Education Solution.” In an independent assessment of mobile apps for cancer patients conducted by the journal Current Oncology, Outcomes4Me rated highest.
Prior to founding Outcomes4Me, Dr. Said spent many years as a senior pharmaceutical executive at both Novartis and Sanofi leading global functions, including Market Access, Policy, R&D Strategy and Business Development. Earlier in her career, she was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group and a founding member of its Strategy Institute.
Dr. Said trained at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), earning dual degrees in Biology and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) with a minor in Economics. She also holds a Master of Science in Toxicology, a Master of Engineering in EECS and a Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Systems Biology, all from MIT.
