Bio:
Meghan Rivera is Vice President, Global Commercial Strategy at ViiV Healthcare, where she leads commercial strategy for the company’s oral HIV portfolio. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Mayne Pharma.
With more than 25 years of experience across biopharma, digital therapeutics and healthcare marketing, Meghan has built and transformed commercial organizations at companies ranging from emerging innovators to global pharmaceutical leaders. Previously, she served as U.S. Market President at Organon, leading a $1.6B business spanning women’s health, biosimilars, medtech and established brands. Earlier, she was Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Commercial at Akili Interactive and led the Women’s Health business at AMAG Pharmaceuticals.
Throughout her career, Meghan has focused on challenging conventional commercial models, building high-performing teams and translating innovation into meaningful customer and business impact.
