Michael Kahn is a biotech and pharmaceutical leader with over 25 years of experience in medical affairs and clinical development. He most recently served as Senior Director, Medical Affairs Operations at Spark Therapeutics, where he built and scaled the company’s medical affairs operations, implemented innovative technology solutions, and led strategic initiatives supporting pioneering gene therapies. Michael serves as Deputy Domain Lead for Business Knowledge at MAPS and is completing certification with the Chief of Staff Association. His expertise spans strategic planning, performance measurement, and operational excellence across therapeutic areas including ophthalmology, hematology, gene therapy, rare disease, and neuroscience.
