Bio:
As Spectrum’s Chief Strategy Officer, Michelle Strier ensures that a strategy-first mindset is infused into everything we do, helping clients find ownable positioning, get ahead of issues, drive meaningful conversations and achieve their business goals.
Michelle has been a driving force in advancing Spectrum’s AI capabilities, working to fast-track AI integration across the enterprise and client work. By providing training, tools and the right external partnerships, she is encouraging an environment of experimentation that will enable Spectrum’s agile strategic platform to thrive in the age of AI. She co-leads Spectrum’s AI Task Force and AI Adoption Ambassador Program, which identify targeted ways for AI to help solve business challenges for clients and keeps teams on the cutting edge of new tools and AI use cases.
Michelle has a broad range of experience across therapeutic areas and is passionate about empowering health and wellness. Having worked remotely from Tucson, Arizona for the last 12 years, she has become an advocate at the agency for a flexible work environment that prizes accountability and personal responsibility as the key to both a deeply fulfilling career and a joyful life outside of work.
She earned her BA in literature and rhetoric from Binghamton University.
