Monique, AKA The LemonadeMaker, is an awarded global lupus and women’s health advocate, patient experience researcher, health equity strategist, and keynote ensuring underrepresented voices shape healthcare, research, and policy. A respected KOL and strategist, she partners across the full product lifecycle to advance human‑centered solutions that honor lived experiences and build sustainable trust.

She serves on the PACE Council for Patient‑Centered AI in Drug Development, bringing a critical lens to AI ethics, training‑data equity, and culturally sensitive implementation. Monique also contributes as a Peer Review Board Member of The Journal of Patient Experience, ISPEP, and multiple high‑impact advisory boards/committees. A tenured leader within the Lupus Foundation of America, she serves as an ambassador/member of the Lupus Research Action Network, championing inclusive research and community‑rooted engagement.
