Nancy Phelan

Bio:

Nancy R. Phelan is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Analytics at Phathom Pharmaceuticals and an accomplished biopharmaceutical executive and board director with more than three decades of experience driving commercialization, brand growth, customer engagement, analytics, and business transformation. She has held senior leadership roles across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries, with extensive U.S. and global experience building high-performing organizations, launching products, and developing innovative commercial models.

Prior to joining Phathom, Nancy served as Senior Vice President, Customer Engagement at Trinity Life Sciences, where she established a new customer engagement center of excellence focused on strategy, insights, analytics, and engagement across healthcare professionals, patients, and providers. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Omnichannel Activation at Indegene, leading a global organization.
