Nate Capone

Bio:

Nate Capone is a pharmaceutical industry leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning medical affairs, scientific communications, medical information, medical education, and commercial strategy. Currently serving as Head of Global Scientific Communications within Global Medical Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals, he leads a global team responsible for scientific communications strategy, publication governance, and the delivery of evidence-based medical content supporting therapeutic area and organizational objectives. Throughout his career, Nate has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing global medical affairs strategies, leading high-performing teams, and translating complex scientific data into impactful communications that support healthcare decision-making and patient care.

Prior to his current role, Nate held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Global Medical Information at Teva and Executive Director of Medical Affairs at Innocoll Pharmaceuticals. His experience also includes leadership roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where he worked across medical affairs, advocacy, product management, and field medical functions, as well as earlier positions in medical communications at CSL Behring. A licensed pharmacist, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
